Summer is still here, but this recipe just couldn’t wait for chillier temps. Today, we found a stew that contains so many nutrient-rich foods – namely, chickpeas, and spinach. Now, the amount of nutrient retained may be in question after heating these lentils and beta-rich leafy greens up in a stew, but this stew looked way too good to pass up. Plus, if any nutrients were lost due to heating, we’d like to think that the sheer number of great things in this stew would still enable your hair to benefit from those nutrients that were left in tact.
