Thursdays are normally our tutorial days, so we are running a bit late with this one, but here we go!
Sometimes, before you run with innovation, its important to walk with the basics of hair design. Not everybody will want to style their own hair all the time, which is totally understandable. But this YouTube video entitled “How To Braid Your Own Hair For Beginners – 15 Braids For Summer 2023 (FULL TALK THROUGH)” by EverydayHairInspiration focuses on DIY hair braiding, and in particular, braiding a collection of different styles – yourself! The very first style shown is for the basic braid, and is a comprehensive “how to” for braiding. From there, the styles shown become more intricate.
This is a key idea of hair innovation. Once you know the basics, whether they be of braiding, it becomes easier to tease out highly creative styles as are shown in this YouTube tutorial. This idea holds true for hair cutting, curling, straightening, and more.
